I've purchased a number of alarm systems from Hawk alarms and can say that I've never had any problems with any of their alarms. From their cheapest two wire units, to the advanced remote start variants. I'd happily recommend Hawk alarms, for reliability and range of affordable self-fit anti theft systems.

Ordered a battery for the alarm I bought from Hawk Car Alarms, however they send it in a paper envelope, which resulted in an empty envelope being received. They admitted the fault by resending but still used a paper envelope. Result still no battery. Company now excusing me of being a liar and that I had received the battery. Will certainly not be using them again. All over a £2.99 battery...... What a joke to customer service and loyalty!!

I’ve used 3 of these X50 alarms on 3 separate bikes and they were all fantastic! 1 of the systems has covered about 40K miles through every condition imaginable, it’s been through 4 winters and still works perfectly! Easy to install, easy to adjust, arm and disarm and use on a day to day basis. It’s a brilliant bit of kit and nice to have that piece of mind, knowing that Hawk is watching your bike when you can’t. 5 star customer service too!
