I just walked out of the store without buying a suit even though i was ready to do so. The lady who was serving me kept disappearing and no one else, i was told, could do the alterations so i was told to accept my disappearing attendant. This is a tailors and I am buying a suit, suits need assistance, especially ones where the trousers must be altered on all purchases. Either the manager needs to be trained or his staff need to be trained by him. The assistants all seem nice but are busy doing everything accept selling clothes and this serving the customer. I am sure nothing will happen so expect the same and yourself lots of time to wait around.

Staff are not helpful or attentive, my fiancé and I went to the store and I asked one of the sales assistants (short guy with minimal hair) in the flag ship store to get my partner a different size blazer, he went to get it from the stock room and never came back. Instead I saw him at the till 10 minutes later, no apology either, I found him very rude (as he ignored me). Would not recommend anyone to spend their money here!

FLAGSHIP STORE LACKS BASIC CUSTOMER SKILLS. If I could give it 1 star I would. The clothing are good but it's served with the most snobby customer service which I've never encountered. I went in to buy some clothes in the female section, an 'older female' behind the counter has the most snobby and unhelpful attitude. Everything seem just a chore for her. I asked to try on the blouses, she got it, dumped it on the changing room rail and just left the room?? no word said at all expect a snobby look. It must have been so hard for her to do her job. I do not need a red carpet but least have some basic customer skills, although could hear her having a good laugh with her co-workers outside!.The way she was showing to her customers' like she was better than everyone else. Its a pity she feels the need to show it that way, because we only came in to buy some clothes LOL Not sure what kind of staff this company hires but unfortunately this kind of attitude results in losing your customers' and trashing the image of the store. Sadly, I would never come back to this store again as I'm not paying for this service.

I was put off by the rating here and on Facebook, but the experience was 5 stars! Staff is attentive and helpful, special thanks to Sofia for her assistance. Great choice of suits under 500GBP, shirts, ties, pocket squares and what not. Will definitely come back again.

Customer service was fine up until we actually paid for this suit,since then we came back a few times for fittings/alterations to which no one wanted to deal with us and kept ignoring us despite us going up to them. Despite having 10+ employees across 3 floors regardless of whether the store is full or empty, they don’t seem to want to acknowledge us. I think if you’re dress for the suit shopping occasion then they will approach you, if you’re not then be prepared they’ll ignore you and favour the customers that look the part in their eyes and closed minds. Felt very let down by collective experiences with my partner and friends buying suits from them. I will be telling my friends to avoid this place like the plague.
