Great site and location. Always seems to be very busy though. Reason for not giving 5* is that quite a few pitches have a sideways slope, which harder to deal with than front/back slope. Friendly wardens.

This campsite is a gem. It is immaculate, the landscaping is lovely, the toilet/shower block wonderfully clean and warm, very hot water. We stayed 2 nights in our camper van with awning, and got a very warm welcome on arrival 😊 The site is a quiet one, though it is next door to a working farm. There is a large enclosed dog exercise field, a games room, and it is ideal for the town centre where there is plenty of choice for food and drink. This site is the first one we have used since becoming members of the CAMC, and we were not disappointed. We can’t wait to come back.
