I like the brand and I am a regular customer. Was hoping to try purchasing from a different store but will never make that mistake again. Feels like we are bothering the staff as everybody disappears when you get in (no customer was in so very limited excuses) and poor quality advice compared to the other stores so would highly recommend to walk few meters away and shop at another store from the brand.

Passive aggressive behaviour from the gentleman (wearing a suit with black and white Nike trainers) and lack of care to assist from the lady working there. When you enter you can clearly see that every item has a lot of dust, labels on the walls over every shirt roll are misaligned and in general has an empty feeling, smiles are as fake as it gets. The shirts are all in dots of dust and other particles and it seems it has been like that for weeks. Employees don't welcome you when you enter. I asked for a size check/ try of a shirt. Measured me wrong, despite that the gentleman did not agree to give me a smaller shirt, calmly insisted that this is it! After trying the other shirt with a different fit, same - baggy front, baggy long sleeves and shoulders wrapping drastically on the back, while the sewing line goes way over from the point where my shoulder ends and starts going down my arm. I asked for a smaller size shirt 3 times but was passively refused even after showing them and explaining all of the differences between my current shirt and their oversized proposals. He did not want to accept that his measured size was not for me. For a shop selling 600£ suits that's not the way. I might go to a different H&C shop since I want to buy a bunch of shirts, but would not recommend this specific one just because of the experience and the lack of care to the clients, the items they sell and to their own work.
