    I've been training on and off with Simon at HAVOC for years. He's an excellent instructor who genuinely cares about his students and their training, and he's happy to adapt to varying needs/abilities. The HAVOC system is good, with grounding in self defence which is very useful, particularly for me as a female student. I'd highly recommend HAVOC and Simon to anyone who's new to martial arts, or who wants to explore JKD or serrada eskrima.

    I have trained in Martial Arts for 14 years, with the past 4 years training with Simon at HAVOC. I have made the most progress and become a much better and rounded Martial Artist since I started training with Simon. I highly recommend him and the HAVOC training system for all self-defence/self-protection practices. This style covers JKD concepts along with other unarmed practices (Boxing, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai etc), weapons based training in the form of Eskrima and grappling and wrestling concepts associated with Catch Wrestling/BJJ etc, so there is something for everybody. Simon is a great coach with bounds of knowledge and experience. There is a friendly atmosphere within the club, and everybody brings there own unique style which is what makes this place great.
