Definitely not the nicest haven I've been to by far. Our accommodation was not properly cleaned, the entertainment was a little weak and some of the staff members had questionable attitudes. It just felt a little run down and neglected compared to other parks we've been to. However, great location by the sea front, lovely cocktails and the food we had was overall really delicious. Good availability of activities and a great pool/swimming areas. Sent a complaint through to Haven about the lack of cleanliness in our accommodation, and was told that if we had reported a problem, we could've been moved or our accommodation recleaned. Personally I believe it should've been cleaned thoroughly to begin with, however we were offered an apology and a voucher off our next holiday, so at least the issue was rectified, but it does make me weary because it shouldn't be the guests responsibility to check the cleanliness of where they're staying. You should be able to turn up knowing that it is clean from the beginning.
