Extremely poor service!. Spoke to their solicitor Moira who scheduled to witness the signing of a case that had escalated and needed signing urgently. She first tried to charge me double the price of what other solicitors charge and also cancelled 30 minutes before the signing. One thing is to have an unreliable customer service, but to have an unreliable solicitor is concerning!
