We arrived to a wonderful welcome. We stayed in a deluxe double room, (room 1) which is small. We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Upon leaving we asked owner if room 1 was a deluxe room and she said yes because of the furniture? In our opinion it should not be advertised as a deluxe room because of the size of it.

This is a GREAT B&B !! Chris and Fay make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. 5* Hotel it's not, but home from home, it definitely it is. Great breakfast, very clean room and good location. Nice 20 min walk into Whitby without worrying about parking. We'll definitely be going back is the best recommendation I can give. Thanks Chris, Fay

Great place,very clean and modern rooms with an absolutely fantastic shower, the bed was a touch too firm for me but overall very pleasant room,fantastic breakfast with plenty of options,good ocean view from our room and plenty of car parking off the street,would definitely use again Chris and his wife are very pleasant and helpful aswell.
