    If you are reading this review because you are planning to get insurance with them, please don't. Run away while you can. In all my years of driving I have never come across such a business. I am surprised how are they managing to stay open. I am currently dealing with this company and they have the worst attitude towards their customers. I have been calling and emailing everyday for more than a week now, yet neither the complaints team have replied to me nor anyone from the Total Loss team seems to be bothered about it. I had selected courtesy car when I searched for policies. Haven claims said they do provide one. However, they only do it for 7 days!! And they did not get back to me to talk about my claim for 6 days after I reported it. So now I am stuck with no courtesy car, on their mercy with absolutely no idea when will this be sorted. They do not respond to emails, you cannot contact the person dealing with your claim via phone, their complaints team does not answer emails and the helpline staff cannot get in touch with anyone senior/claim handler as well. Even the helpline staff said they struggle to get in touch with the people who handle the claim. They have told me that they are sending messages/emails internally asking the claim handler/total loss team to contact me but there has been no response. Take your business elsewhere. This is by far the worst decision of my life.

    Trying to charge me £500 for not ringing them within 24 hours of an minor accident ?? Luckily I did call them and then they still try say I didn’t. One of the worse insurance companies I have been with and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. FRAUDS / MONEY TAKING THEIFS / worse customer service on call, they don’t understand the customers concern , all they want is money , wouldn’t take a policy out with them ever again
