Really impressed with our hire today. The whole process was really easy, from booking online and quickly receiving confirmation of the hire to the brilliant service we had today. The bouncy castle arrived on time and was put up quickly. The castle was exactly as described, the kids loved it. Both guys who came were great. I can’t fault them. Definitely recommend.

Have a Bounce were fantastic. Their customer service was excellent, they were on time and they kept in touch in the lead up to our daughter's party. We've been let down before, and Have a Bounce sent me a text message when they were on their way with the inflatable, so I knew they were coming and when to expect them. They were also extremely friendly and helpful. We're now about to use them again for another party.

They took £20 of our £70 deposit because we left the balls in the ball pit and had not put them in the bag. They had not told us to leave in the bag for pick up. People were rude. Would not recommend.
