I have used them many times before with no issues, however ive just had a very stressful experiences on more than one order recently. Order was delayed for days despite paying for haute+ next day delivery, the service is not reliable at all for next day delivery. On another order i made, when the recipient was not home instead of leaving with the neighbour they took it back to depot to redeliver the next working day, which doesn’t make sense as its fresh flowers. I understand this is an issue with the postal service but then Haute need to use the right courier service for their products. When I complained about delayed delivery there was no apologies or offer of any voucher/compensation. I’ll be using one of many other providers in future. Avoid if you want a stress free experience.
