Useless. My appointment was not rearranged. It was cancelled only AFTER I had called to find out where you were. I had stayed home specifically to meet with you and needed to leave as soon as possible. Why would anyone use a service so unreliable and blase about generating new business.

And when we moved out, they worked incredibly hard against the clock to leave the house in immaculate order. Charge c£100 to come in and leave as quickly as possible. Different team every time for the last 4/5 cleans we had when they promise you the same team and don't forewarn you - issue was new teams hadn't been trained so charging a fee for a professional clean when it was far from professional. Major things missed and the company policy is they can come back and re-do it when you feedback.... They know that's inconvenient and awkward. Even when we reported certain things not done, like cleaning a bath, basic, it was still missed the following week. They dumped rubbish in our outside bin from other houses they had cleaned which was just disrespectful and says it all in how they treat and regard you. We therefore changed cleaners and are much happier with the standard and service of the new company, and its cheaper! Would not recommend as it's inconsistent, unreliable and expensive. While communications were good and staff were friendly enough, the quality of clean was poor and always too fast (less than an hour for £66!). It is an in-and-out business model, as many houses as quickly as possible with no attention to detail. The admin also didn’t seem at all surprised when I emailed asking to cancel the service and they didn’t ask why or challenge the quality of their cleaning service, which is a red flag. I now realise that this is part of the business model, charge a lot for the “first deep clean” and then the customer gets wise to the fact that the clean isn’t thorough and cancels, but by then they’ve pocketed £260 and don’t care, so there’s no complaint or attempt to fix the problem. It’s not a sustainable business model though, we’ve since hired a good cleaner for half the weekly price and I’m very disappointed that I didn’t find them sooner. I can only recommend you don’t make the same mistake and avoid this service. Services: Standard cleaning, Deep clean
