    If I could give no stars I would. Appalling customer service just trying to spend £4000 on patio doors. They don’t return phone calls or answer emails and despite their quote saying ‘we can manufacture your doors when you want them’ and ‘our popular colours ….are available in your lead time not ours’ they have failed to meet the agreed installation date. If this is the customer service you get when trying to buy something I dread to think what service you will get if something goes wrong.

    I honestly can't begin to express what an absolute shambles of a company this is, who have a lack of respect for customers and fail to update and communicate. We placed our order 23 weeks ago and only today, 21.4.23, because of months and months of chasing by ourselves have we had our doors fitted. We were originally told they would be fitting them on the 16th January, however that morning we received a phonecall to say that the frame was damaged. We were then told it would be the 22nd February, but after not receiving any communication we asked for proof of order and found out that they had only ordered the doors on the 16th February. We asked for reasons and still to this day they haven't given them. When they failed to call or email back, I would message them on social media, which they responded by blocking me. We honestly thought that they had gone bust! It is only because my husband went into the shop and by chance found the owner in there (as they are an appointment only system) that has ensured the job has been completed today. Oh and then we found out today that the doors were never ordered, which is why they weren't fitted on the original date!

    Bit gutted your opening hours state open Saturdays 1030-4 and arrive to find closed. When calling an ‘out of hours’ told me nope sorry Monday - Friday 9-5. Travelled a fair way too. Perhaps should have called up first but maybe update your page. :(

    Sent my plans and they said they didn't have time to go through them so could I send a sketch with the window and door sizes. I did that and waited... Weeks later I received a call apologising for the delay and that they'd get my quote asap. Week later, nothing so contacted again, twice. No reply so sent a message suggesting that they appear not interested but I'd appreciate a reply. They replied within minutes explaining that they're waiting to hear from the factory but because of my message they won't be quoting on this occasion!
