I paid £3000 + vat for access on this platform and didn't got a job from November 2022 until April 2023. You are scammers..taking clients money in advance, and ofter no guarantee that we going to find any job worth doing. Its a race to the buttom, if any haulier is doing jobs on this platform, then he is losing money..

Avoid. Done 10 weeks hardly no jobs in my area. Jobs that are available are below the going rate. They ask for your membership fee up front because they know it does not work. Curently disputing with my credit card company. When ask for help they use any excuse to fob you off. Waste of money and time. I will not be leaving it and will update my case etc

DO NOT JOIN THE CX, MORE AND MORE MEMBERS ARE NOT BEING PAID AND THE CX DOES NOTHING TO HELP. I will not be renewing my membership again and would not recommend anyone to join, The actual website is excellent but when a member refuses to pay for your work the CX will not bother to help, and will dismiss your case immediately,

CX is a specific platform. Not sure how it works for start ups as payment is delayed 30-45-60 days so it can be hard. As from my point of view it make a huge advantage on getting money from anything like proper loads, back loads not to add you can plan your fleet for a week if you use it wise.

Haulage Exchange is turning into an outright fraud. I keep hearing from operators about blatant lies by their salesmen about the availability of loads but when they join and pay a non-refundable fee of £3,300 for a year in advance, they discover that there are very few loads available, not to mention that many pay very little and on 90-day terms. Haulage Exchange won't allow any free trial period, not even a day or two – that alone should dissuade anyone from joining and paying an outrageous annual fee in advance.

Non existent customer service - if you have a problem you will wait 3 weeks for them to return your email and if a customer doesn’t pay you for haulage completed they don’t want to help - refused to let us make a complaint or leave negative feedback. Oh and the subscription renewal price changes depending on who you speak to!
