Very happy I ended up choosing Hatton Garden Diamond for resizing my engagement ring. I had come into the area with the intention of visiting another jeweller, where I was informed that I needed an appointment. Slightly befuddled (first time dealing with an engagement ring), and thinking maybe I underestimated how involved the process would be, I ended up stepping into HGD where it was proven to me that the process can be smooth, easy, and friendly. Stephen was very friendly and attentive and takes his work very seriously. The ring was ready in 3 working days and it looks perfect. Customer service was great, cozy and lovely place, easy to pick up and pay. Cannot recommend this place enough, and honestly glad the place I went to first didn't work out.
