Did an intense weeks training course with them. Passed all exams but yet still no job. They are disrespectful do not answer or return calls, unprofessional but yet they hire foreigners immediately who haven't even passed the exams.

I have used your services before for my mum who injuries mean public transport or taxis can't be used, first she was accepted then I got told no then I spoke to the manger at Lewisham hospital who sorted it out and all day today I'm ringing to book transport for the hospital tomorrow morning and I have been on hold 15 minutes 8 times to be hung up on 😤 What number's can I actually call to speak to someone as now I need to pay for a taxi that changes waiting time and struggling to get my mum in it then out with her broken wrist and Knee!!!

HATS is the patient transport service at St Georges hospital . waited 4 hours for them to make a 5 minutes journey after patient was discharged and the service is no better for outpatient appointments. Withdraw the contract ! compared to other trusts this is the worst patient transport service. The maximum wait is supposed to be 90 minutes nobody cares and the managers are equally as bad the booking staff who can never get it right
