    Terrible dealership, I would look at other dealers in the area and not use Hatfields! The Jaguar F pace has been in numerous times for faults since purchasing brand new (12 month wait), whilst the car was 1 week old the reversing camera and dash screen failed, the service technician left oil all over the interior leather as well as tools in the side pocket, this car was 1 week old and they treated it disgustingly. After this the ad blu system failed, when this was repaired the service team scratched the wing in multiple places. To rub salt into the wound the first fix didn’t work so we had to return the car again and they finally changed the whole system. When we collected the car they said everything was fine and let us drive away with a car which was not ready to drive. Yet again they let us down! They really need to start communicating with each other and sort their customer service out and have a good chat to their servicing team who treat your brand new car with utter disrespect.

    Popped in for the 2nd key to my car which had to be synced so I had to wait a little while. Drove in to the enclosed service area and immediately met by a smiley gentleman. System very slick. The receptionist was simply the perfect front lady, coffee to hand, nice seating area. They performed a health check and a good clean of the car, needless to say I drove away very satisfied indeed!!!!
