I'd definitely recommend Hatfields Land Rover Liverpool to friends and family because the purchase of the car was extremely professionally handled. I bought remotely and had a personalised video and many chats with the excellent sales team. Followed up after delivery to see if everything was good and if I had any questions to do with the car. Genuinely pleased with the process from start to finish and the car is amazing!

Perhaps you should concern yourselves with returning my deposit instead of responding to reviews? You’re bare faced liars anyway. Return my money, it’s just embarrassing now. Hatfields Land Rover Liverpool can only be described as deceitful dishonest and shameless. The sales / finance people I dealt with are just scumbags. The way in which I was treated beggars belief. This dealership clearly has no customer service skills, it is rotten to the core. There were definite racist undertones. This dealership is so shameless it took a deposit from me and then sold the car to somebody else - at a lower price than agreed with myself! Dishonorable mentions of the people I dealt with: Michael Garner - finance chap who struggles with numbers it seems. Daniel Gargan - salesman who seems quite simple. In all honesty they were both equally inept. They both refused to acknowledge the fact they sold the car I had deposited on at a lower price than agreed with me - despite me showing them a screen shot taken from auto trader online - they took the advert down as soon as I challenged them! There was zero attempt to rectify the situation. Despite all of this, I was still prepared to purchase a vehicle from them. In actual fact I suggested they have a car from another group dealership transferred over. They did agree do this, but it it didn’t make the situation any better. They created issues regarding finance since I went to a third party finance provider ( used Forza finance - much cheaper ) They eventually did agree to sell me another car at the reduced price - however the whole experience had been quite laborious at this point. This dealership should be ashamed with the behavior of the staff. Never have I had to work so hard in order to buy a car!! Decided not to go ahead with the purchase because of their behavior and asked for my deposit back. Michael (finance chap) then proceeded to deploy dirty tricks and make excuses to not refund the deposit as ‘the card details did not match’. I even went as far as logging into my mobile banking app to prove that it was in fact the card I paid with. By this point, a scene had unfortunately been created. The business manager had been summoned who was quite disinterested as he ‘had a queue of customers for the cars’. The stupidity I had to deal with was immense. I have now learned that sometimes it is better to move on and accept that some people are so idiotic that they are irremediable. Never again. Anybody reading this - do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.

My last (of 3 ) purchase form Hatfields Liverpool would make me deal again with them, but probable my age will prevent this. They have always been professional, friendly, and up front. The 5 stars are well deserved .
