    The Reasons why I would not use Hatfields Land Rover Hull. I purchased my Range Rover from Hatfields Land Rover Pickering in February 2020, being told that I would have many years of trouble free motoring. This was my dream car and used all of my available finances. Given the “Many years of trouble free motoring” quote I decided to go ahead with the purchase. However the air conditioning did not work and was taken into Hatfields Land Rover Hull for repair. While it was with Hatfields Land Rover Hull managed to badly scratch the car. It was returned and the air conditioning still had the same problem. Apparently the system was pressure tested and no faults were found. Three times more the car went to Hatfields Land Rover Hull for this problem before they finally used a “sniffer” and found a leak. This prompted me to question the professionalism of the service department. Being told the service guys are trained to the highest standards and this justifies the extortionate hourly rate they charge. They are obviously are not as good as they make out as the “sniffer” should have been used on the first visit. While driving the car home I noticed a lack of power and returned the car to Hatfields Land Rover Hull. During the diagnostic they found a problem and quoted me up to £6500 for the repair, and denied that Hatfields Land Rover Hull caused this new problem. My dream car now is a nightmare as I couldn’t afford to pay that amount of money and no longer trusted Hatfields Land Rover Hull with my car. Just to add the car has only covered 4372 miles while I have owned it. Twice I have had to cancel my holiday now as I use the car to pull my caravan. Every time my car went to Hatfields Land Rover Hull it came out with another problem. I have now have no choice but to sell my much loved caravan as I now have no car to pull it with, and ruined any chance getting another one. I hope you are really proud of yourselves Hatfields Land Rover Hull. Be warned. The reply just about sums Hatfields Land Rover Hull up. A copy and pasted reply the same as all the other negative reviews. What sort of caring company is this. Once they have your money they just forget about you.. The reply was deleted and and a new one actually written this time. What a shame its all lies. Come on Hatfields this doesn't make you look any better.

    Attended hatfields Land Rover to look for a new defender 110. Salesman I was introduced to took my details but wouldn’t give me any of his time to talk about specs of cars or tell me what I options I had and to go home and research what I wanted. He also had no availability for a test drive and told me to come back the following. I was judged the second I walked into the dealership. So I left and made my way to Porsche who couldn’t have been more helpful. Would never recommend Land Rover hull.

    The true test of a company and it's customer service is when an unexpected issue crops up and how the firm deals with it. Had some unexpected last minute DVLA paperwork issues to sort out which led to some unforeseen delay. Must say that all the staff involved were extremely helpful and proactive in sorting things out as best as they could. Just to name a few of the staff involved - Sam Eaton, Ashley Clark, David Walker. The firms greatest asset lies in the professionalism of its staff and the customer service was excellent. Am already a returning customer to Hatfields and would certainly buy from them again.

    We recently bought a car. The person dealt with nice and polite way. However car went to limped mode after few weeks as DPF blocked. To get fix that I was without car for 3 weeks and had to pay good amount of money to get fix it. We were not told this car is not for city use as it has got DPF system otherwise I wouldn't buy. 2. This car has got trolley Toeball on the back, we were promised it ll be removed. However, nearly 6 months they are unable to do as they haven't got a key to do so. Whenever we ring them it means have to spare 1 hours of waiting or to get reply. Everytime promised ll be done soon, Either lied to us or made us fool. My sons got injuries due to this few times. 3.
