Asked one if the guards which way to a place was azz as I’m not from the area whilst asking him another female guard told me to move out of the way so other people could get passed and out through no exit barriers attitude stinks

It is my first time in Hatfield and I had been hearing how calm the town was so had to go see for myself. It was a quiet place and the station was lovely as well and close to University of Hertfordshire.

Dirty place. Dirt on the tracks, toilets descusting. Floor sticky. There is a staff member called Marien or something like that. She was super rude to me and my disabled mum. She needs to learn some manners, as do most of the staff.

Small station but clean and tidy; very convenient for nearby cafes as is directly connected to the shopping centre. If you have a long wait, eating/drinking isn't a problem here. Staff members seem very helpful. Not sure about parking, I think there is a decent option also connected. Next to the station is pub, you can drink or eat.

Not the stations fault but don't like those old dirty trains that come from Moorgate to go Welyn garden , when its less than 8 coaches it stops so far from the exit of the stairs.
