I also checked there ratings on google, and it's true, Ray and the guys looked after me, I initially spoke over the phone and within minutes, I knew they know what they are talking about, I'm an engineer myself, so I know little bit myself, and the confidence Ray gave me was great (practically diagnosed all my car issues over the phone), I handed him my keys in a Heartbeat, and a day or so later and my car Drives sweet! Good guys. Don't hesitate!!

At Hatcham you get terrific work done for incredibly reasonable rates, and every time I have used them has been a 5-star experience. I first used Hatcham in 2020 when my radiator was so badly damaged hitting an obstruction in the road it needed to be completely replaced. I had no idea who to approach for the job but Hatcham came highly recommended in virtually every SE16 neighbourhood Facebook group, so I dropped them a line and they did such a good job on my car you can't even tell it ever needed major work done (bonus, they were totally reassuring that the damaged radiator was repairable and that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference). Since then, every time I've had a problem with my car, needed to book an MOT or an oil change and inspection, I've reached out to Hatcham. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and completely professional regardless of whether you're a car enthusiast or a first-time owner, especially Ray, who is an absolute treasure. They are a class act above certain big chains that will try to push unnecessary work and unwanted financial products onto you. I never hesitate to recommend them to neighbours and friends in the area!

When you need a trusted auto specialist with excellent work ethics and an eye for quality performance and excellent social skills with his clients. My car was picked up this morning for a due MOT, Service and other niggly complaints. Honestly I had been anxious for no reason. Passed my MOT, service done, new quality Bosch wipers, replaced bulbs, new brake pads, dashboard lights reset, clean car and all the needed paper work stamped neatly completed and handed back to me. My car was parked and when I drove it out few minutes later, that car drove like new. Thank you Hatchman for my peace of mind.
