From start to finish one of the best buying experiences I have ever had! Originally came across Hastings on AutoTrader but when I went on their website I found what I was looking for. Description, pictures and video walk around were great and gave me confidence. When I went to view the bike that sealed the deal for me, Carl was to the point, clear and honest! Bike was as described and seen on the video and images. They offer a health check on all the bikes before it leaves them which is another plus! Also their delivery services was really professional and and reliable. Will be buying my next bike from here!

Great shop with tasty selection of very shiny bikes and trustworthy guys running it. Very open about everything and no dodgy sales tactics. The bike I bought was fairly priced and in mint condition. Video walk around is something all dealers should be doing - it shows you have confidence in the condition of the bike as photos don't show it all. Would buy from them again.

I was looking to get my first big bike and after looking at loads of bikes and talking to different show rooms I stumbled on Hastings Motorcycle centre and a fantastic bike. I was at first hesitant as it was just above my budget and was needing to get a PX in order to get the bike. But, after talking to Carl who was extremely professional and helpful, managed to find a third party who would take my bike and great telling me the next steps and what was needed to be done. It’s refreshing to speak to someone who is down to earth and there just to help! When I made the decision to go for it, I had a full PDI report within two days and the new bike at my doorstep in london within 4 days of dropping my deposit as well as my old bike swapped and sent away for someone else to enjoy. Eddie kept in contact with me the entire day when he came to deliver/collect and was great showing me how the bike works. I will recommend all my friends looking to upgrade to have a look at their stock as well as get in touch with them if I ever want to get my hands on another great bike. Highly recommend the great team
