I just went in to collect recycling bags, and tried getting a pack for my neighbour, but was told it was just 1 pack per person, per day, a bit annoying that cannot help a neighboir out.

Hastings Borough Council, Housing Department are a waste of time,waste of space, a waste of public money. Nobody has even trained them to pick up a phone, and they get wages, they are beyond useless. Hastings and st Leonards resident totally disgusted with their service. Mr S, Littlewood.

Went to find out about a supply of Pink Recycling sacks as not had any delivered for 3 years!. There was a bit of a queue but managed to catch another member of staff who kindly helped. Also seems.younhave to complain to Biffa rather than the council about these things but they do carry a supply if you need some
