Once again, cannot get an appointment. I'm ill today not in 2 weeks time !! I thought COVID was no longer a problem. ? Phoning is a waste of time. No one picks up, unless you have literally 2hours to wait, then you won't get an appointment anyway. Go in and ask to see a doctor with a very worrying problem, told to come back on Monday or phone 111. What's the point ?

Came here for my first appointment with midwife. I went straight to reception to book my follow-up appointments and these were sorted out there and then. Receptionist was polite and friendly.

It’s very difficult to get an appointment here. You need to wait on the phone for an hour to get through and they are always at full capacity. I got an appointment through the app somehow which turned out to be some system glitch as I was told, as this surgery does not have such option. This was later cancelled just before the appointment. I had to finally walk over there and I booked an appointment in 3 weeks time. I wanted to book another appointment for an ongoing condition. The lady at the reception said someone will call me about this and no one did. On the line, you cannot book this as it immediately disconnects you when you choose option for ongoing conditions. There’s something terribly wrong with how this place operates. I’ve lived in two other areas of Birmingham before and there were never such problems with the GP surgeries there.

Absolutely disgusting. No phone call when appointment was made. One receptionist who takes ages with one person.

A week after ordering my sons medication nothing has been ordered! as I work out of pharmacy hours I'm unable to collect any other time so putting I'm an order now is of no use! I'm due to take my son on holiday and can't with out his prescription, as a controlled drug I can only order every 28 days and the pharmacist doesn't have the medicine in, its ordered when they recieve the prescription! Brilliant going guys !!!

I know there's a lot of negative reviews for this practice. Whilst I can agree, it can be difficult to get an appointment, recently I've not had much of a problem with getting one. I find that the staff are really good. My mum, before she passed, did get spoken to by one of the receptionists very poorly, which really annoyed me. That receptionist isn't there no more. I have received more help from the practitioners than I ever have done at any other doctors I've been to, & I've been to a lot. P.s, it's not an ugly looking practice either.
