Horrendous customer service from a middle aged lady with deep red hair yesterday in the succulent section in the garden centre. Blatantly didn’t want to be there and when we asked her advice on how to pot our succulent, we were met with passive aggression and reluctance. If you don’t want to do your literal job and help customers, don’t work in customer service.
