We purchased a new mattress for our king-size bed. We must have tried at least a dozen beds before we found the right mattress for us. Hazel in the bedding department was very helpful, patience and professional, suggesting different beds to try until we found the right one for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is an asset to the company. Thank you Hazel. From The Hamblys . We also purchased a dining room table and chairs from Jules in the furniture department. Again had very good service. Jules was very friendly, polite and professional helping us decide which was the best Dining set for us. Nothing was too much trouble and she took the time to show us how to extend the tables and how to put them back again to the standard size. There was no pressure to purchase, just friendly advice and help when needed. We will definitely be returning to this lovely store for any future requirements secure in the knowledge that there is always a very professional service available if needed.
