    A shame! We paid a lot of money but received nothing. We tied to contact but had a Very bad experience with customer service. We ordered 3 boxes of Heroquest. The delivery service noted it as ‘delivered’. But we didn't receive anything. We asked for a new delivery. Hasbro stated it was possibly stolen from te porch and we had to take care with our insurance. We had to put in a police file. Witch we cant cause their is no sign of it being stolen. We informed Hasbro about that. So we are in a loop now. We cant get a police file cause it seems nothing happened, Hasbro doesnt want to fix this cause their isnt a police file and we payed for 3!! Boxes, witch is a lot of money, without getting anything. Its a shame! I cant believe this is happening and never have i experienced such bad customer service. Plz Hasbro fix this, give us a refund or deliver the boxes. Plz contact me and help is out. It is a lot of money for us and we are big fans of the new Heroquest games

    Pack your STARWARS merchandise the figures Boxes are often already damaged when they come out of the factory box wear marks from sliding cardboard this is a frustration of every starwars collector this is especially common with the black series the red line in the past was very bad, the new less but it could be much better lower the price or pack your figures better with transport after the shops there it already goes wrong unfortunately improve this please

    Had a small issue with one of the figures I got recently. Got in touch with customer services and Sasha was extremely understanding, helpful and patient. Honestly couldn't ask for better service. Me and my son love the legends line and we aren't going anywhere. Great figures, great brand and a genuine care for customers. Very impressed :)
