The product is wonderful and so is the customer service. When my aunt accidentally placed an order for 12 bags instead of one, the customer service team noticed that it seemed a bit strange and, when they'd tried and failed to get hold of her, they took the initiative to cancel 11 of the bags and refund her money. A lot of companies would have just kept quiet. Much appreciated.

Over the years there are a lot more small roasters offering better quality coffee with a roast date on the pack which is clearly a good thing. Reason for review at the moment. I think I first bought coffee from Hasbean around 2006. The incredible coffee and equally incredible customer service I experienced then has continued to this day.When (on more than one occasion) I've made a mistake in an order, staff there have gone out of their way to fix it without any drama. There have been changes in ownership in recent years, but without any compromises or drop in standards. Today although I buy my coffee more widely, Hasbean remains the standard by which I measure other coffee bean suppliers, which is why I'll always come back for more.
