I ordered a Land Rover Discovery Sport back in September 2021 from Harwoods Land Rover Edenbridge and was told it would take up to a year. Whilst I fully appreciate the delay in new vehicle production is out of Harwoods control. The communication has been very poor. I am now on to the 3rd sales rep. I finally got a date for delivery of my discovery sport 24 months later, but the delivery date would not work with my current situation. I requested to cancel my order and for my deposit to be returned to me. I have asked for my deposit back twice now, and although I have an email confirming it will be returned, I am still waiting weeks since my original request. They have had my money for nearly two years earning interest on it for doing nothing at all, and when I ask for it back, they make it hard work. Poor service.

After my partner purchased our discovery 2 months ago, it has had nothing but problems even from the day of purchase, none of which have been fixed yet after been taken into the dealership. The engine has now failed and the warranty has suddenly been revoked leaving the repair and costs down to us... appalling customer service and goes against the consumer rights act. The car should either be fixed or returned for a full refund.

Avoid at all costs. The service department need to be reminded about the business values as this is another review that questions their lack of integrity. Service advisors are clearly following their Service Manger, Tony Pepper’s example. Make sure you only communicate over email as they will deny any verbal conversations.
