Appalling aftercare. Bought very expensive car from Hardwoods and was told to call if any problems arose. We for three minor issues we called and left messages over six times. When we eventually talked to the handover manager Jenny she just refused to accept fault for the lack of contact and ended up refusing to help after I became increasingly frustrated by her attitude. Would never buy from this branch again

Having purchased a new Land Rover Freelander from Harwoods Land Rover Croydon back in the day (2013), we now needed a ULEZ compatible car as we live in a London borough. Stuart Owlett found us a used Range Rover Evoque that was ULEZ compatible, had very low mileage and fitted the bill perfectly. Initially, there were a couple of issues with the car and Stuart went above and beyond to sort these out in a timely manner. Very impressed with both the sales experience and the after sales care we received from Stuart and would thoroughly recommend Harwoods Land Rover Croydon if you are looking for a new/used car.
