Appallingly service. Booked in for a one day job, yet last minute told two days. Didn’t even open the car to look at it until the afternoon of day three (the jaguar app tells tales). At this point told it needed the work doing that jaguar assist had already advised hence car booked in in the first place, and you had the report! All the time we had to chase, no thought for the inconvenience. In the end it took a week to get the car back. A premium brand offering 4th rate service. No apology. Will now be considering moving away from jaguar after many years custom

Had the car for 3 weeks…issue with the tyre. Had an appointment, waited 3 and a Half hours while they diagnosed a puncture and because we have auto protect the only options after waiting all that time is to come back another day. Instead they have referred me to Kwik fit. Could have gone there 4 hours ago!!! Really disappointed with a brand that prides itself in customer service.
