    £462plus vat for ??2hours work but their hourly rate is£153plus vat.and any decent mechanic would sort within 30mins max considering they had been told exactly what was wrong(new ride height sensor and correct/new multilug reqd).parts team were perfect..a new multiplug required as previously repaired and cut to close so as no further repairs possible(poss not them tho)im a very good friend of owners and run a garage so booked in direct with them so as owner wouldnt get ripped off,but as main dealers norm they dealt with owner direct,on questioning with the !service manager!!ref 2hours listed but 462 charged she couldnt find invoice!!and when she has she will have to call owner directly of which as i stated the owner didnt want to make a fuss,she just felt they had ripped her off and she wouldnt ever use them again.

    We received our new Range Rover after a long-anticipated year on the waiting list. Our car was overdue by 4 weeks due to an issue, so Max arranged for a brand new loan vehicle until solved, which was great to test the same model with different features (some of which we later added to ours such as deployable sidesteps). Upon delivery, there were a few snags meaning that the car had to be sent back initially (and we kept the loaner). Max and his team handled everything promptly and without hesitation, even arranging for the car to be delivered once solved (although on the second attempt, we preferred to collect in-person to enjoy the experience and ensure all in order). Harwoods maintained professionalism and communication throughout, despite the challenges, and even made-up for the issues by spoiling our two young boys with a few treats (thanks again)! Furthermore, a special mention to Katy in after-sales/servicing who has attentively navigated some minor snags and add-ons in recent months. We've used Harwoods Brighton for our previous two cars, and despite it being a 90-minute drive from our house in London, we will continue to use Max and his team purely on the basis that we know we will be looked after well.

    I would have given 6 stars. We purchased our new Velar from Harwoods Brighton and looked after by the very experienced and friendly Max Boothby who made the whole process a very enjoyable and personal experience. Nothing was too much trouble including quick responses to emails and returning calls. He even remembered my wife’s birthday and arranged a surprise gift when we picked the car up. Highly recommended and never once felt like we were under pressure to purchase. 6*. Thank you for everything!

    Firstly check reliability charts and do your research before you buy a used Range Rover from here , You will find that the Range Rover is one of most unreliable cars especially once out of warranty. Once they have your money Harwoods customer service is appalling, lack of clarity about defects and who’s responsibility they are . This branch looks amazing and shiny, but shame the build quality and reliability of their cars don’t match . The faults , numerous engine management lights on faults not found Electric seats doing their own thing , extremely dangerous. Trim failing off . Faulty brakes. Not recommended. To name a few

    Ordered a Defender in November 2021 arrived last week ! Just 14 months price had increased By over £4400 interest rate gone up by 4% then asked them to hold it until 1st March ! so on new reg i was told that i had to take it this month so i asked for my deposit back, they have had my deposit for 14 months, a week later still waiting for it to be returned. Sent a complaint to Land Rover and they told me they have no control over there dealers. Would never use Harwood again or buy another Jaguar Land Rover UPDATE: Thank you for your reply all of the above is factual, your sales agent went back to your upper management to confirm they would not hold the vehicle! I have been a customer of Harwoods for many years so i am very surprised that you don't have my contact details
