Booked my car a month in advance for a same day service. It got till 4 o'clock and still hadn't heard anything so I phoned them up and they said my car was just going in and wouldn't be able to collect till tomorrow. This was frustrating as I had already arranged transport. My car still wasn't ready in the morning and hadn't been serviced yet. I was able to collect my car at 1 the following day and I had to chase up the status of my car. When I asked about why it was delayed they said they would give me a call the following day when the person managing my service was back but I never got a call. When I next took my car out I noticed a crunching sound when doing a full wheel lock. After taking a look the panel under my engine was hanging off. This isn't something I would expect to see just after a service at a main dealership.... I had to spend a fortune on taxis all week to get to and from work until my car could be seen. It was reattached at no additional cost but I no longer trust the customer service, getting my car seen on time or any of the work carried out as my car was not left in a safe state. Strongly avoid, very disappointed.
