    I visited your Brighton Jaguar centre yesterday and was very impressed with the warm welcome from the receptionists and then the huge showroom and forecourt! Iain McColl gave me a test drive in a black F Type convertible. He was very calm and gave me clear instructions as to where to go. It was pouring with rain! There was no pushiness or hard sell which I hate. We were then handed over to Jamie who gave us facts and figures regarding add ons which I could have plus an offer of my Audi TT in part exchange. I needed some time to decide on the purchase and Jamie suggested we went to M&S which was a great idea as we hadn't had lunch and it also gave me time to decide about the purchase. On our return to Harwoods we saw Jamie again and chatted about a few things and when I said I felt I needed to view the car again as it was still pouring with rain, he immediately asked Iain to bring the car inside near to the reception. As soon as I saw it with the roof down and was able to sit in it again and look around it, I knew I was making the right decision to buy it! Your staff are exceptional and the showroom and surrounding areas are immaculate. I'm really looking forward to visiting Harwoods Brighton next Monday to collect my fabulous F Type Convertible!     Buying an approved used Jaguar from Harwoods Jaguar Brighton seemed like a sensible thing to do. A quality used car from trusted brands - Jaguar & Harwoods. I've dealt with other Harwoods dealers for 10 years with my Audis & Range Rover. I couldn't be more wrong!!! The problems keep coming and they seem to have no intention of addressing them. Constantly failing to respond to my emails, I've had to escalate twice and am on my 3rd sales person, only to have them not respond again. 1. I only discovered that if I took out finance the car had to be registered in my name when the V5C returned. This is dispite me making it clear it was a gift for my partner. I didn't want the finance & payed it off the day after purchase 2. They delivered it with glovebox trim missing. They agreed to pay for this to be corrected at another dealer as we are now spending time in Scotland. 3. The stop/start wasn't working - They told us this would be fixed under warranty 4, The Glasgow Jaguar dealer who fixed the glovebox wanted us to pay for a new battery to fix the stop/start issue 5. The Glasgow dealer also reported £875 of corroded front discs that they advised replacing Jaguar Brighton are now ignore my emails requesting £1000+ of corrective work on an approved used Jag F-Pace that I've owned for only 2 months UPDATE Shortly after posting this review I received a response from Harwoods Jaguar Brighton. They insist the brake discs are not sufficiently corroded to require replacement so are effectively accusing Lookers of Glasow of trying to extrort £875 from me for advising work that it not required. This is a very poor situation for a luxury car brand, having dealers contradict each other on work that is required and completely undermines their 'absolute peace of mind' approved used commitment
