Avoid them! They've issued me a Professional Consultant Certificate - PCC for my new build flat I've unfortunately bought from P4i group, in Sep/17, up to date my flat still has structural issues, lots of condensation, damp and mould and turns out that this PCC isn't valid for anything!!? Harwood has not replied my emails, calls or anything since 6 months ago after they told me I had to sort it our with the developer, so why have they issue a documents saying there's insurance? Its very weird and non sense. I've done a research and discovered that they are not registered with RICS', CICAI or ACAI as they claim so be careful and make sure you dont buy anything with this PCC certificate

Avoid! Completely gutted with their service. I've purchased a new build flat in Sep/17 flat that came with their PCC Warranty, which is worth nothing. I've serious damp and mould issues around all my windows, there's nothing they can do and now they've blocked my mobile calls. I feel like I've been scammed by them and P4i group so I'm reporting this to Rics and Trading Standard, taking them to the media will be next.
