I have had chronic neck pain for about 15 years and seen many osteopaths, chiropractic practitioners and other sorts of body workers over the years that have helped in managing when the pain is acute but after sometime the pain will come back. I feel the work that I have done with Harvey has given me so much more to be able to be better in touch with my body and posture in a way that helps with long lasting management not just of the pain but of the root issues that were causing flare ups. I'm glad I have Met Harvey as my third Holistic chiropractor and better than other my first two chiropractors because I have gained knowledge and training sessions with him to benefit my own body and correct my spinal even when I am not aware of my posture is not in the right way and thought that having discomfort at your back is normal. Before I went to see Harvey, I felt something not right here about my first two chiropractors because it is not the right way like the first one who crack my neck and pressure my back for only 10mins with the lack of training information shared with me to improve my posture by training which I assume outside of my appointments. The second chiropractor I met that doesn’t do what the first one did for me that ain't right just gently using their finger thumb but felt I didn’t feel that it is worth it and didn’t gain any knowledge or tips to improve my posture from the previous session that are only last less than 15mins session which it is like disappointing and waste of money that I cannot get information and training with me to home. My appointment with Harvey Young is an hour or more. He is very patient, and informative, and made me feel comfortable. Will still keep in touch for more.

I arrived in London for a visit and had a headache that wouldn’t go away, it lasted for 3 days and I finally decided to do something. I called Dr. Young and he was able to help the situation immediately. I went back 6 days later to have him work on hip and shoulder issues separate from the previously described headache. I trust Harvey Young because he understands my arthritic condition needs special handling. The low level laser therapy helped immensely. I feel much better in 2 visits and with his helpful advice I’ve set goals that I can attain moving forward. Dr Young took the time to describe the issues leading to the imbalances in my posture, informed me on ways to recreate the balance my body needs, and directed me to the important information on his website to carry on to this end. I only wish I could continue with at AHT but I return to Canada with the promise from the Harvey Young that he will help me find a practitioner at home that practices the same therapies. I highly recommend Advanced Holistic Therapy Soho.
