Be careful. My water bill for the last year was £1000 due to a fault with the water softener. This was a replacement machine as the first one failed. I am now £1000 out of pocket on top of costs of installation and their customer service department ignores my emails. I'd understand if I was rude or harassing them, but after speaking on the phone and sending them the details they asked for they've not responded 6 months later. As with all things, it's fine when you don't have a problem but the true test of a company is how they handle problems. Harvey's response to my issue is shameful. I was very understanding with the first fault when my kitchen was flooded due to a leak within the machine from a manufacturing defect, I didn't even ask for compensation, I was content with them fixing it. But the £1000 water bill due to another fault in their machine is enough to break me. Hoping this review might prompt them to finally respond to me

The initial visit was done by someone called Neil who proclaimed that Harvey was a multibillion dollar company and will not charge you for installation etc. The second visit was done by a newbie who said the installation cannot be done and said his team leader will visit to check. No one turned up. Probably the multi billion dollar company got scared of the installation costs. Followed up with Neil and things don’t seem to be progressing after almost 1.5 months. Thanks so much for valuing my time Harvey. If this is case before installation I can’t imagine the service I will get after installation. So my advice is save your time and money.
