Shocking service. Order did not arrive on the due date. Despite paying for next day service. Followed by rude emails from the director once I had informed the company that my products had not arrived on time. Shocking. Will not use again. Since then, the director Paul, emailed me offering a refund, I accepted. It of course DID NOT arrive and no correspondence again! So I was forced to chase and email again. To then be told I can only have the “gesture of goodwill” if I erase my review first! Held to ransom and BRIBED by Paul, who couldn’t even manage an apology which is all that was asked for. I declined to meet his demands. And feel for a director to email that kind of thing, incredibly unprofessional! If I could give minus stars for customer service I would. These reviews are here for this exact purpose, I was asked repeatedly to take it down as it might damage the business, maybe stop these things from happening and they won’t appear in a review. EVERYTHING IS BACKED UP BY EMAILS FROM HARVEYS. Specifically the Director Paul. I’ve also noticed other complaints from Harvey’s on people’s reviews regarding how many stars and I was emailed offering £30 to remove it!!! Again by the director! Says a lot about other reviews. Very manipulative.
