I normally have no problems with the service, but they have a couple of men working there who are still training but charging full price .Had one of them a couple of times now and on all occasions he has squeezed my finger so hard to the point I've had to say ouch, constantly slipping with the electric file and catching my finger, filed the side of my nail so much that it has burnt my skin and made it very sore,never once apologized. The painting of my nails is wonky don't think I will be going back!! Service: Manicure

I have been to the shop several times and was happy with the service. Warning ⚠️ I had an appointment at 9.30am with either Lee or Jessica. Lee off, Jessica arrived 20 minutes late. I definitely did not get the design I wanted and the silver turned gold after oil was applied. I said the above is not what I wanted, she run out the shop crying stating 'I come in early for you, I've worked hard, you want me to do again been hours. Jessica spent time on her phone answering calls and leaving the shop. Pedicure didn't happen. I felt humiliated as everyone was looking at me, paid £79 and left. Had my nails covered at another shop and the acrylic was melting, owner took photos, unclear what Jessica used, melted acrylic. Warning ⚠️ be prepared don't challenge the work. Will never return to this shop again, made me feel ill. I'm contacting Trading Standards unclear on what products are being used, still have the nails.
