Nothing to reproach. Feels like a big chain, a well-oiled big machine. Pass if you don't like that. If you want something very standardised with a clearly defined service, offer, and quality, it's good. Also, I was invited, but costs seem to be honestly good value for money. Kid-friendliness: They do drinks with infinite refills for kids. Salad bar helps as well to find some vegetables that kids accept to eat!

Food from the kitchen was reasonably good. Salad bar was a mess. Some items empty some mixed together. Sauces missing. Asked that thousand island dressing be refilled but was finishing main course before it was. Looked messy and uncared for. Staff appeared unhappy and unmotivated. The acoustics were akin to a swimming baths, noisy and difficult to hold a conversation. Soft furnishings needed to absorb noise. Can't recommend and I won't be returning.
