My mum stayed here recently for 1 week and was treated appallingly. She was left for hours on end in a chair and received multiple bruises and a gash on her leg which meant she had to be admitted to hospital. The instructions on how to look after her were completely ignored. Do not put your loved ones in this overpriced badly run so called care home. My Mum went in for 7 days and has come out a different person. Avoid at all costs.

My Father was here for nine months while his health slowly deteriorated until he passed away. We were glad that he always felt at home here, being very well cared for; he was well fed and his care and wellbeing were obviously very important to the staff. We would praise the support and attention he received in what were difficult circumstances from what is a jolly nurturing and kind nursing home.
