The carers for the most part are decent and kind (some are awful). The really good ones have left. The managers, planners and co-ordinators are beyond awful and extremely rude. They treat you like second class citizens, complete dummies. Do yourself a favour and forget this company.

Avoid Hackney Team. The office is in Camden. The manager called Magnum threatens carers and rude when we complain. No standards in this company as the managers cover for each other. I will make sure this company will be investigated. if nothing happens with the NHS investigating team then my evidence will go to the newspapers. The top ratings is there staff leaving reviews.

Avoid and research properly before leaving your family. This company only care about the money they will earn from each individual they accept. Sub standard care provided. If you complain about something that is wrong? They withdraw their services. I suggest reporting them so they can be investigated

The Hackney group suspended my mums care because I made a complaint that they neglected her twice, where she ended up in hospital and nearly died. All the log in reports just told me the time the carer started and finished, not what they had done with mum for the 30 mins she has them for. They really dont care!
