Don't take your car to this garage. It offers poor service - hard to get through to the service team as they use remote call answering service and when they say they will ring back, you always have to ring back and chase them up. The issue with my car was not resolved even though it went through a thorough check and full service (cost around £500) 5 days after this work was carried out my car broke down again and was towed back to the garage. After spending 5 days with them and continually asking for feedback - they then could not find any fault with the car even through it was loosing fluid and showing faults on the car system. Overall a very poor experience. As a follow-up on the review I then took my car to a local garage which manage to diagnose the problem and fix it... where as Hartwell Kidlington Ford garage could not find the issue even after two visits to the garage and a diagnostic. Overall very poor service from this Ford dealership.
