No indication of prices on website so took a punt and visited. Dreadful farm track approach. Furniture in the end of an agricultural barn- very dusty and tired looking. Also items very, very much more than we wanted to pay. A charming and knowledgeable man who owned the business tried to be helpful and wasn't at all pushy when we said we wanted to think things over.

Absolutely great people to buy from. Even though the shop itself is down an offshoot, bumpy road, it's still nice to go into an office shop and be able to test the chairs. They have a wide selection for any budget and purpose. I bought a mesh ergonomic chair for a reasonable price. A month or 2 in the cylinder in it started sinking. Got in contact with them, they ordered a new part and promptly replaced my faulty one at no charge. Friendly service all the way through. Can't recommend them enough.

From my initial enquiry I had wonderful support and great customer service The installation team were fantastic and worked extremely hard to get the desk installed and overcome every challenge they faced which I know was tricky I absolutely love my new desk it looks professional; it is safe secure, and I cannot fault the space!! The finish of the desk is beautiful, and I am really impressed and so is everyone else who enters the building Thanks so much again for everything and Harts of Maidstone for a wonderful service!

Needing an office chair I could be comfortable in for long periods and having bought twice over the 'Net only to find the chairs lacking in quality, comfort or both, I came across Harts' website and visited them. It was a pleasure to find a supplier whose ethic is to be long on product knowledge, expertise and service but short on sales-oriented BS. With their considerable help I was able to find one from their extensive range that really suited and within a week it was in my office. I cannot recommend them too highly.
