Dirty, disgusting, unhygienic, appalling customer service. We didn't get the van we booked. The van we did get was dirty, cobwebs everywhere, crumbs all over the kitchen, hairs in the sink, beds dirty and unmade not even the toilet had been cleaned. When I emailed with photo evidence of how bad it was, they replied telling me they refused to dicuss it with me. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH

The location is really convenient, only 2mins walk to the beach, ample parking, clean areas, clean Caravan, with a lot of shops, cafe/food and arcades as well. We went with the kids and they had fun overall with the arcade (both in the park and outside). The only drawback was the entertainment section for kids. The team didn't seem to be very enthusiastic like other holiday parks we have been. Overall a good experience and worth the money. Enjoy

Isle of Sheppey not for us!! run down holiday park, very little to do, arcades off site are the best part. Never been this part of country on holiday before and won’t be back. Nothing to do, ugly beaches, on site entertainment and pool so so poor!! Left very disappointed with everything!! Woodys chippy was very nice!!
