    So much potential. Nice location, views of the Thames. Food ingredients seemed good, but everything took ages and was cold! Two items never turned up. Very embarrassing as we were with friends who had recommended Harts. I think staff were young and inexperienced, which maybe why everything took so long. Main courses had clearly spent quite a time between being cooked and arriving. Sauce for lamb was in a neat tiny saucepan, but was literally cold?
