Overpriced c**p. 3 1/2 years old and expensive furniture 'designed to stay outdoors' and kept under cover during the winter, is falling apart. 4 out of 6 chairs ratan has failed across the chair backs - and I guessing the other 2 won't be far behind. Hartman's customer service (!) response, in one word: 'tough' Their agent 'Craig Palmer' may as well have given me Churchills V sign. No support whatsoever. My only redress (6 months outside of their warranty) is to try and warn others not to waste their money. If you want patio furniture that lasts, buy elsewhere.

Really disappointing quality of furniture being sold as a premium product. We purchased ours around 4 years ago. Initially the paint on the table and legs started to fade, we contacted Hartman who told us to buy some oil form Amazon to treat the paintwork. That works to a degree but needs doing yearly. Now the rattan has started to break up as you can see in the pictures. Hartman offer no support for this in terms of replacements of repairs. So a very expensive set wasted. These are not premium quality furniture.

Spent nearly £3,000 on a garden set which Hartman have not got a cover for. Ridiculous! I have been waiting for months! I would 100% not buy again. And will probably have to in no time as it has no protection from the elements! Buy elsewhere! Customer service is poor.

No concept of customer service as they make no attempt to reply to queries about their products. After a further 2 months wait for a response I realise one star is about five or six too many Minus 5 would be about right for this organisation's complete disregard of their customers. Quite honestly their directors should be ashamed of themselves and how they just ignore their customers once they've pocketed their money. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Overall products are good, but 'customer support is shambolic. No telephone contact, all via auto email that duplicates, the problem, issues varying ref no's , and does not attend to the customers original complaint. Ordering spares has been a nightmare, and having paid for goods & postage, were still awaiting delivery. Customer Focused "They Are Not"

Purchased a Parasol in June 2019, today is May 2020. Less than 1 year old, been under the supplied cover since October and today i open it and all the colours have faded, its now stripy. Not good at all especially since it cost me £488.00
