    Super experience, as soon as we sat down with Millie we felt confident and happy that we would get the holiday we wanted, even though we bombarded her with questions and we changed our destination nothing was too much trouble for her and she gave us great information that helped us make our decision on where to go… We can honestly say that our holiday booking experience was made a lot easier and better because of Millie, she is a great credit to TUI and we will without doubt book again through TUI and hopefully Millie.     Another great experience at this store! I always find the staff so approachable and helpful I have never once had a bad experience! Julie has always been on hand to help me with questions or queries I may have she is fab! After seeing some bad reviews on here I cannot understand why people feel the need to bring a brilliant shop and their staff down for their own mistake! I would never use a different store, the whole team are friendly and will help you the best they can! Thank you once again

    Firstly this is a response to you stating we have already discussed the nature off my review. This is a lie. We haven't discussed anything because I haven't complained about anything to you personally. I just paid your fine £50 per person. Total £200. I personally don't have time and patience to even discuss this with you. I rather pay the £200 and let customers know. This is the facts. 4 phone calls on the Wednesday all stating if I don't pay the balance by end off the day holiday will be cancelled. I had a break at work and called back before the close off the day. Maybe you record your message. I sure a company time tui will listen to staff calls when there sales are low. Well listen to them. The point is I rang up before the close and holiday was cancelled. Anyway I don't really care I don't want the money back I just will never use you again and I will make sure my family don't. If you do check the message to see your incompetence give the money to charity

    Customer service is just to achieve sales. They lost reality that we are just people who have worked hard and we have invested alot of our money to go on holiday. Tui stop pushing staff to make more sales and rewarding them with sales targets. Better rewards staff for postive feedback after the holiday. Tui will charge you £50 per person for not real justification.

    I was so worried about booking my first trip to Disneyland Paris, for myself and my special needs child. Simone was brilliant! Very professional and clued up. She answered all of my 1001 Qs. The service I received went over and beyond. I got holiday insurance sorted via Simone too, which was one less job to do later on. Simone even contacted the airline to make sure we got special assistance at the airport. This was so much appreciated! This made our airport experience much calmer than I anticipated! When it comes to me booking my next holiday, I will be using TUI and making sure I book with Simone at your branch!!

    Customer service is driven by sales not the customers. This is the world we are in now. I have booked many holidays with tui. When things run to plan they are happy they get commission. When COVID happend they had £5000 cash flow of my money. Last week when things happend in my personal life I totally forgot to pay for the holiday. I tried calling at 830. Office closed. Later that day I had 4 phone calls with voice message saying I need to call by the end of the day or my holiday is cancelled. So I rang to pay yet it was cancelled which was not what I was told on the voice mails. I was asked why I didnt come to the superstore. This is terrible customer service and I would never use reasons to someone who don't care . I just allowed them to abuse their power. Either let them keep £800 pounds or pay £200 to active my holiday. If you have time stay clear and uses a small companies. Leaving voice message and not doing what you are saying and Charing me £200 when you have no idea why I forgot to pay shows me how you are trained as robots to make more sales and take as much as possible regardless of the situation.
