    Staff are always super helpful.... able to answer questions about where to put different types of items and will help move heavier things with you. It's really good that you can book a time slot to visit as this place used to be chocka with people visit and the wait time was ridiculous.... but now I can drive straight in, unload, and be off out again with 5-10minutes.
