Started off well, however, when I was unsuccessful the feedback given was not professional or helpful. The call was ended without a goodbye or any suggestions for future roles. I do not believe Andrew handled this is an appropriate or acceptable way to treat a candidate that has not been successful.

Speaking with Andrew, he is super professional and has real understanding of the current job market. Instead of overloading me with any and all jobs available, he was able to match me with really good employers and has subsequently secured me employment. I would 100% recommend Hartley Resourcing. I was looking through Indeed endlessly and was told about Hartley. I was very impressed after I registered my interest how quickly someone contacted me. When the first job that was mentioned wasn’t appropriate, I was very excited to receive a call moments later about another job that had come up with Emma. Through the whole process Emma has been so supportive ! From offering advice to making sure to contact me prior to my interview to run through questions and answers.
